ORLANDO, Fla. — Different day, different result for Tiger Woods, who is in contention heading into the weekend at Bay Hill after a 4-under 68 Friday.
As well as Woods hit it, however, he felt he could have had a “special” round if not for leaving about five putts “dead-center short.”
Still, he carried over his ball-striking from the end of Thursday’s round and hit a dozen greens in regulation for a second straight day. This time, he took six fewer putts and was 14-for-15 from inside 10 feet.
Two weeks ago, Woods switched from his usual Scotty Cameron putter to a Nike Method putter. He’s using a different version of the Nike putter he used at TPC Blue Monster at Doral, but Woods seemed happy with how the ball is coming off the face.
“It’s coming off very similar to my Cameron and releasing obviously how I like it,” Woods said.
One change from two weeks ago, though, is that Woods had the grooves shaved down even further because he felt the ball was coming off it too fast.
Wet greens early Friday, though, didn’t help — “I had a hard time getting the ball to the hole today,” Woods continued. “I was very surprised how slow these things were today. They must have soaked them pretty good last night because balls were holding, they were spinning back a little bit, very different than what we had yesterday.”
Of course those softer greens also helped Woods’ ball-striking. He was over 8 feet closer on his approach shots in the second round than he was in the first, when he teed off in the afternoon.
”With the greens as soft as they are, you can be a little more aggressive,” Woods said.
Just how aggressive we’ll find out with Woods in the best position he’s been in all year heading into the weekend.
“We are trying to build towards the first major, and that’s kind of how my game is,” Woods said. “It’s building and it’s coming.” — Brian Wacker
Well done Tiger great round……your game is slowly building into something special and i am sure it will nt be long before we see you back in the winners circle
yeah, like this week !!!!!…looking like the old tigers roaring back
Hoping Tiger wins but would be happy with a top ten performance so as to build up the atmosphere for the Masters
Hi Tiger
You are now doing what I suggested in my email to you and that is “You are an actor and the Golf course is your stage. That is how it used to be. When you stand over your ball wether you are on the T or the Fairway and especially around & on the green (like you use to do) block us out. Stop thinking what we maybe saying about you…clear your mind and just give the best proformance of your life. We are indeed waiting and we’ve seen glimer of tha past execution. For God’s sake You are a Tiger..Go get em…Your DAD is watching”
Win this tournament…What better place to break out than Arnold’s Place..RM
Where are the haters?
He’s coming back…did you see that 53 foot putt? What more proof do you want? He’s going to dominate again.
Good call, Reuben, on the acting aspect. There was a time when the golf course, particularly Bay Hill, was his stage. His last two appearances, 2007 and 2008 were quite memorable with the final hole birdies for the win. But right now, he must put together two consecutive 66′s to have a chance for the win. He can no longer wait on the other to fold; he has to go get them. Plus, he needs the momentum enroute to the Masters.
Well, unknown, I did not see the 53-footer (sounds like a jump shot)but he is capable. Now it is all psychological because his talent has not left him but he needs good consecutive rounds and stop giving back strokes. Do any of you believe he should go back to Butch Harmon? I’d like to read your takes on that, because I feel Tiger won in spite of Hank Haney’s inside-out teaching that has made his driving even wilder.
fan of golf, why go back too butch, if you dont want too keep improving you will end up standing still?? also i believe this course has been re-designed recently. Currently 5 back going into the weekend….he is in a good place!!!
53 foot putt? presumably he made it, i didn’t see it because i had to turn off the tv. the coverage dished up by whoever was televising the golf was pathetic. arnie, arnie and more arnie. if i want to see arnie i will visit him. tiger is not back yet guys, don’t get ahead of yourselves. anyway, it is 8am saturday down under, i’m off to play golf.
I’m not going to hate Tiger here….but let’s not jump the gun. He still has a long way to go. Yes, he missed a few putts short of the hole, but he also dropped some bombs and still isn’t their yet with his driver and longer clubs. Augusta will be the test……we’ll see if his attitude holds up. He’s hungry to win another major….but if things go astray……watch out for some good club throwing, slamming and nice swearing on National TV. I’m pulling for Fowler….we need some young guns to take over….Tiger is 34 and its time to rejuvinate the game with someone who isn’t a cheater, steroid user and has a good attitude…..not so egotistical.
Where is Larry and abracadabra? Eat your words now guys! Hey, The Doc! Egotistical? Cheater? You just envy the guy.
Hey Doc…I’m not going to disagree, but in every other sport guys show their emotion. Pitchers throw at batter’s heads, chop blocks from defensive linemen end NFL careers, hockey has “sanctioned” fistfights, and you even saw Serena F-Bomb a linewoman at the US Open tennis and get fined. Tiger yells exclusively at himself, so what’s really the big deal? I know it’s a “gentlemen’s sport,” but if you want athletes to compete, then expect some emotion. Tiger does have a long way to go, but he looks more natural with his swing and he seems to be dialing in the misses a little better so they’re not off the planet. Not sure if he can win, but it should be interesting to watch…
I didnt get a chance to see Tigers performance today, I wished I could have. The past 4-5 rounds of golf have shown the world that he is in fact starting to regain bits an pieces of Tiger of Old. Once he lines them all up and puts them in place and they stay, all the haters including the so called Broadcasters will be back peddling an say how they knew he would get back. As far as the “young guns” go, the only 2 that I see NOT crumbling are Ricky (Fowler) and Hunter (Mahan), DJ is to sketchy, Westwood doesnt wanna come over to america to play on Tigers stage an look pathetic nor does Martin. Khaymer tried but looked not like the #1 player should have so he retreated. Ole lefty is done, he gave Tiger a run when he was healthy and now he doesnt look like he can muster up a solid round, he can hit don’t get me wrong but his putting is sucking and the only thing saving him from the bunkers is his ability to pitch out of it and onto the green so well. Tiger WILL win, he’ll have a top 10 finish this week and go into Augusta LOCKED IN. Tiger, time to get you another green jacket!
I find it sad that so many americans are so amazingly fat, lazy and pathetic that because Tiger bulked up between the age of 20 and 29 (which is just about the exact age frame, scientifically, that men start to build muscle mass) by working out every day (12 years ago, it wasn’t unheard of to see players in the weight room on the same day they were playing golf) and enlisting the help of personal trainers, that you assume he is or has ever used steroids. Tiger’s body is nowhere near the example of the body of a steroid user. One way you can know, is that considering Tiger has already been tested twice and passed, there has been no drop in Tiger’s physique since the testing began. If Tiger had been a steroid user, the minute they started testing for steroids and he had to stop using them (because under your theory, if he had been caught doing them, everything he ever did would have been discredited), his muscle mass would have fallen quite noticeably. This has not happened. I also hear people say they have witnessed Tiger “bulk up” incredibly fast. When exactly was this? I have watched almost all of Tiger’s performances between 1996 and 2011, and there was never any period where he bulked up incredibly fast. In fact, between 1997 and 2005 (when Tiger basically reached the peak of his muscle mass capability, for, if he went any fruther, he would have started jeapordizing his flexibility) Tiger’s muscles grew very consistently. There was never a time where Tiger “all of the sudden bulked up.” Just because most of you are oveweight, testosterone-handicapped old men, when you see someone put in the work that you are too lazy to put in and have a body you only dreamed you had, you have to come up with some pathetic excuse, like steroids. I’d also like to point out that you are an idiot, The Doc, for calling Tiger egotistical. Considering what Tiger has done for himself, for others, and mostly, for the game of golf, he would have the right to a little bragging, but quite in fact, Tiger is very humble. He even shies away from taking credit of the huge increase in purses and ratings when he joined the TOUR. Everyone knows its because of him, but even he won’t say it: he is far too classy. More classy than you are: the type of person who would spread untrue rumors about other people because they hate what they see in the mirror. Also, to those of you who talk about Tiger hitting it so much straight under Butch Harmon (he didn’t hit it nearly as far under Butch, which makes it much easier). However, to win more on the TOUR (and Tiger has shown that from between 2005-2008 while working with Haney, that hitting fairways was no longer the premium – he learned that lesson after watching Vijay win 9 tournaments [even though 6 of them had very weak fields] by just pulling driver out on every hole and bombing it – he admitted to it himself, and said that he would rather play to the green from 100 yards in the rough, than 150 in the fairway).
Good job you are not my doc, doc, Tiger is actually 35!!!!! and he played pretty well 2day. Gail, golf has not been a gentlemans sport for years, rocco mediate spits like its going ot of fashion!!!!!
I would like to see Tiger return to the golf form, in which he had 11 wins, when working with Butch Harmon. i havie been a fan since he turned pro and would like to see him get his game back on track and his personal life. I did not start playing golf until age 53 and it is because of Mr. Woods. today was a stepin the right direction.
Good luck Tiger
Well, Matt, he is in a good place, especially if he remembers who he used to be and still can be. Only two years ago here, he was five back going into the final round and that culminated in the winning birdie at 18 – again. Just a thought about going back to Butch. May not be such a good idea after all. And you’re right about Westwood and Kaymer, Navyharley2008. It’s a little different being No. 1 and being chased. Neither have distinguished themselves the past month. Westwood still has not won a major.
Well, doc, 35 OR 34 years of age is not an old man by any stretch. His injuries might betray him more than his inconsistencies. He still has five to six more good years, and if he rights himself, by then he will have the 19 major titles and at least 85 overall titles (Snead 82, Nicklaus 73, Woods 71).
good stuff fan of golf, you dont play on tour do you, joking!!! overall titles are you talking pga or worldwide?? funniest thing is i read yesterday someone on here from the r&a or affiliated with it(allegedley) questioned the ranking system,by stating it was rigged to keep tw up there because of tv, adverts etc. I think tw is not in the slightest bit concerned about being number 1, he is just desperate too get them 19 majors. In my opinion he will still go down as the the greatest golfer too ever play the game, regardless
Tiger showed yesterday that he could scramble in the wind, not a great round, but OK. Today he missed 4 makeables and scrambled to make up for them. Sometimes the players feed off each other and everyone scores, but DJ and Woodland just couldn’t get it going. If those two had played to their abilities Tiger might have gone lower than 68, he left a couple out there. He seemed focused, that can’t be a bad thing. Can he pull a 65 out of his shorts? We’ll see. GO TIGER!!!
Really does anyone care if TW shots a 68? Just like Doral (66). One round is not a tournament. TW is a good golfer, but a joke none the less. Defend the worthless scumbag if you must. Hard to see just a golfer when I look at his perverted life style.
Those are overall titles for those gentlemen, Matt. Worldwide, Tiger has around 90. I also believe he does not care about the No. 1 ranking as much although I think he will return there by next year. No way the rankings were rigged to keep him there. It was because he averaged the minimum 40 recorded tournaments which is a two year period. Phil Mickelson averages less than 45 appearances every two years. The fact is, he won or finished high in most of his tournaments so he was up there. his 2008 injury, surgery and missed time is what brought him back to the pack even though many of the golfers had improved themselves in their finishes.
Well, Dave, as long as you don’t participate in such a lifestyle, and nobody here is actually defending it. That is you thinking this. We are talking about his game….only.
cool dave, im sure you are gonna enlighten us to who you follow????
If the ground is not so soft on Saturday, Woods can pull out that 65, Eddy. It appears that the soft ground caused many of his putts to stop short. But like Nicklaus said several months ago about Tiger, “He’ll figure it out.”
yeh fan of golf, i wasnt trying someting shady, but i believe, worldwide he has 98 wins, you certainly are one of the few who talk sense in here.
Everytime you play I try to watch you on tv. I also keep up with your every hole played either on the golf channel or on pgatour.com. I have been a fan since I saw you make a hole in one in the rain and a 160 yard approach shot that landed within 18 inches of the pin in the dark. Looking forward to better days from you.
is Tiger the only golfer who has a lot of really close puts every round. how many times does he say it could have been a really special round if only I made some of those close puts.
@Navyharley quote “Westwood doesnt wanna come over to america to play on Tigers stage an look pathetic nor does Martin. Khaymer tried but looked not like the #1 player should have so he retreated.” I think that is unfair to the europeans. they are european tour members and have to play minimum number of events on their tour so can’t commit full time to usa. why would they anyway ? Kaymer never retreated. He played in 2 wgc events and one pga event and is having 3 weeks off pre masters – what is wrong with that ? i hrdly think westwodd views the pga tour is tiger’s stage. one of the us commentators was whinging the other week that he world ranking points for most europe events is much stronger then the weekly pga events. no wonder the likes of kaymer and westwood and rory prefer to play there also.
Thanks, Matt, you do, too. I admit to being a fan of golf, first, because even when Woods does not play, I’ll watch a tournament for a few minutes out of curiosity. Do you think Westwood will win a major?
simmo, europeans play in europe as thats where there from. Maybe you should get a passport and travel there, novel idea there is a world out of the america. We also have a saying , 1 swallow doesnt make a summer, how many players nshot better rounds than woods today?
simmo, novel idea get a passport and travel, maybe your views might change, maybe.u.s 1 country in a whole big world, how many players shot better than woods today in this invetational?
Tear it up Tiger!
Simmo, Westwood has had his chances to win a major, most notablt the 2008 U.S. Open when he had a makeable putt on the 18th with Rocco Mediate one stroke ahead. What did he do with it? Missed. what did Tiger do with his? 12-footer made on a bad leg. Westwoodbhad his shot at the Masters last year. What did he do? Blew it! He just may not win a major.
Good night, gentlemen! Happy golfing, and hopefully Woods will stay in ocntention this weekend.
you guys are all such experts, i’d bet nobody on here can break 100
Nobody has caught up to Tiger. If you look at his scoring average at his best it hasnt been done. He s just not there now. So everyone is mistaken when they people have caught up. Nobody has ever played like Tiger at his best.
Stats dont lie , he s getting back there soon.
And a Tiger needs to get laid, so let the man hump away!!!!
Repeat after Mark Labra – “Where is Larry and abracadabra? Eat your words now guys!” Looking for GMac’s or DJ’s columns? Get a life, dudes!
What I am seeing is Tiger is still playing with Training Wheels off the Tee Box. Today in Rd 2 with No Wind Woods hit 7 of his 14 Drives 269 yds or less, with 3 of them less than 240 yards?
Woods is laying up short of Fairway Bunkers, that is his strategy this week. He did he 3 Drivers over 300 yards today also with his longest being 317 yards but Tiger Has Zero Confidence in his Driver off the Tee and that has to change if he is going to compete for the Helmet and the Sword this week. I think he confused both Woodland and D.J. by playing this conservatively and took them out of their game. Sort of a Rope A Dope Approach but it worked considering both of them missed the cut and he is at least somewhat in the mix. Tiger needs to Hit more Drivers to contend. The Rough is not all that bad and he is very good out of the Rough. It is painful to watch him hit 240 Tee shots on Pair 4′s… Now that the Cut is out of the Way, I Hope Tiger just shows up and Let’s his Swing Go on Saturday, He is still playing far to Mechanically, it is time to Let It Go if he wants to win. He won’t contend playing Mechanical Golf so Why Not Go for it and Bomb the Golf Course or at least Attempt to. The Wind is only going to be 10 MPH on Saturday before gusting to 20 MPH on Sunday so Saturday is the Day to Make your Move Mr. Woods… This Tournament is right there for the taking.
We want to watch golf, we want to watch shots making, long curling putt and etc. Throwing clubs, spitting and bla bla bla are just details. Why we want to watch Tiger playing and winning? It’s him who have brought golf to this level. It is him that make the most of us taking up golf, watching golf, talking golf, eating golf……
still here mark but not eating my words. the man had a very nice round today to be sure. my overview is still the same: woods is not the only player on the PGA tour. he is not the player he once was in his absolute prime. he is the 2nd best player of all time & may very well overtake nicklaus. all that being said my opinion of him as a person will not change: spoiled, ill mannered brat with a sorry sense of entitlement.
The great lesson for many is that we cannot make imperfect people our role models.I only watch Tiger not because of how “good” he is, but how good a golfer he is. I haven’t met a perfect person yet.It puzzles me how some people have the audacity to try to legislate how someone should live. You need to make sure that you are living right. Was I disappointed in Tiger? Yes? But I appreciate his golf game;that’s it.We all have to make choices. Some are good and others are bad. We can only hope that Tiger and all of us grow from those choices so that we will be a better people.
Simply becasue Tiger has never gotten his driver works consistently that made his game so exciting and thrilling to watch. And i bet never will he able to get his driver work through out his career. That probably is one of the key reasons that has made him so solid in irons shot and so strong in scrambling.
Good to hear, fan of golf, that you can still be bothered to watch a tournament for a few minutes, out of curiosity, even if tiger isn’t playing. That really does make you a fan of golf.
Tiger’s had one good round and he’s back? Come on, wake up and smell the coffee! He’s a done deal. He just can’t get over the whole world knowing he was a really, really, bad boy. And that’s not an easy ask. Imagine how he feels, knowing that everyone else KNOWS what he did. Tiger, I hope you do get over it, but it really isn’t looking that way. What better role model for our children to follow? This is honesty, not hate.
FG well said. People forget that TW brought the game of Golf up to the current level yet they all cry saying this and that about him. Great players like TW contributes to development of younger talents invisibly. It is TW who has spiced up the game and younger talents are there to mimick and try to repeat what TW had already accomplished. It is those of you flammers who all needs to wake up and do some reality checks. Whether you like it or not, TW will remain one of the greatest ever to play the game of golf!
Get off the thread, stay away from Tiger. Look elsewhere for your role model. We are talking about golf and Tiger here! C’mon Yaakov! Get a life!
Tiger- Steroid User? Give me a break, why would he need to use steroids in order to start benching 400, yea im sure thats important to him
As for him being back, i can’t really say when he’s gonna be back , but i can say this he is now finally on his way back. The Tiger is rising, watch out golf. I really think he’s gonna win augusta, just kinda have a feeling.
He may not be the favorite in tournaments now, but i dont think anyone is a favorite anymore, id still put my money on Tiger finishing higher up than any given player in the field, but with tiger you always know where in the pack he’s gonna finish, because he’s insanely consisent, even when he’s not playing well you think yea he’ll finish in between 20- 30 in the field, not much better, not much worse
And now he’s got back to around 10th place finish game. And you know what, if you finish 10th place in every tournament you enter, you’d be the number one player in the world owgrankings wise.
yaakov, mhe’s over it, he might be still ashamed, but he’s much more humble now, and he understands his place in the world. What’s more Tiger actually looks happy, which is great for him, more than golf i hope he becomes what his father always said he’d become and that is a great human being, and i definetly think he will. As for Golf yes he is on his way back, anyone with any understanding of the game can see he is slowly improving, and that means danger for the rest of the field
Kaymer definetly looks like a number 1 player, finsihing 30 + in the field is quite normal for a number one player. It’s just that Tiger is the greatest that will ever play the game and so he always finished in the top 5
Why can’t some people distinguish Tiger the golfer and Tiger the person? As a golfer, he is the best of all time. As a person, he is just like many of us. If any of you has not transgressed at one time or another, please stand up or “throw the first stone”.
Back to golf…some do not appreciate Tiger’s low round yesterday. Why don’t they instead say something about Graeme’s, Mickelson’s, Singh’s, Woodland’s, Jonathan’s, and many others? Because they just hate Tiger, that’s
there is recession on in england too all the fans out there 7.1 tiger for masters is a steal
Hey FG, I’ve got a life, and I’ve got a wife! Honestly, am not bashing Tiger. Wish him well. May he truly become a wonderful person, and truly put his failings behind him. I do think it’s a joke that he spends his time with kids, trying to be a role model. That’s just crazy stuff. Hello, you cheated on your wife over 100 times and you are a role model to kids? Come on, if it weren’t for his past fame they’d be saying, “I’m sorry Mr. Woods, but we don’t need you here.” And that’s not bashing, it’s a REALITY CHECK!
Rohan, I totally agree with you, he could become a truly great person, not by further golf accomplishments, but by humility. If he can stand up and get his life back together (not just his golf game) and really be an example of someone who deeply regrets his mistakes, and he seems to be on the way there – it’s not any easy road – then he will regain the respect he lost. He really seems to be on the way there, and it will take time. I really hope he has the heart to do it. He has the opportunity to help many who have fallen, just as he has, and show that it is possible to turn away from those fruitless ‘adventures’ and be a truly giving person.
Whilst it is true that we should not read too much into 1 great round, the facts speak for themselves! Tiger is poised for a great comeback. Its a matter of time before he his back to winning. No1 may not be important, its peaking for the Majors that we want! Good luck Tiger!
Hey guys love him or hate him, you’ve all spent time “talking” about him. Will he win on Sunday? Who knows. Can he win on Sunday? You bet.
I’m thinking top 5 as a Masters warm up. If all goes well another green jscket is on the way.
I can’t believe what I’m reading here. Woods shoots a 68 and all of sudden this is the biggest thing since slice bread. The Messias is back, there is hope for the world, all will be good again. What about K.J. Choi’s 64, or the 65′s from Laird and Howell III? Let’s talk again on Monday OK.
I’ve seen the same comments since the car wreck and I don’t get it. Is it just me or are there a whole bunch of guys out there that are model citizens? Really boys, so what you’re selling is that you have never stepped out on a girlfriend or your wife…never? Really? The tour is full of guys who have a “friend” in every stop. This has gone on forever. Many of the top players of every generation did exactly the same thing Tiger did..there just was no texts, emails, TMZ back then..you get it. Tiger got ripped because he is so freakin’ good and because he is black. The old guard was thrilled to see him fail and jumped all over it. People, be real here..he’s not a role model, never should be. We like to watch because he’s an exiting golfer to see. If you need a role model for your kids try being one yourself. And yes..I think he’s on the way back.
Have watched Tiger’s round y’day, yeah, it was an amazing putt…He looked so confidence than ever..I agree he hit some poor shots still managed to get 4 under…Looks like he’s back..Go Tiger go..
Utah…agree with your comments. When you’re the #1 athlete in the world and something that aggregious comes out regarding how you’ve been living your life, and how much everyone has been fooled, you get this level of attention. If it was John Daly, no one have thought differently but since it’s Tiger, with his arrogance and seemingly “holier than thou” attitude, everyone wants a piece of the guy. That being said, I think that Rocco Mediate said it right when he thought that Tiger has too much rotation in his swing for his level of speed and power. When he used to snap in the left leg, he took the big hooks out of play, so he was much more able to control the driver. Now he has it going both way, which is the formula for disaster on tour. I also like how he says “4-5 more putts and this could have been a special round.” Didn’t he see how many he made?? He was what, 14 of 15 from inside 10 ft, including some bombs? How many putts you want to use for a round, 18? The guy has too much talent to be locked out for good, but he’s still not hitting well enough to be a consistent threat. 12 GIR/round won’t get it done at Augusta…
Having read all of the above, I am glad to see only minimal Tiger bashing. I too never had any interest in golf until the advent of TW. I took up golf at the age of 58 only because of TW. He has brought much joy into my life; my husband and I play golf together and watch TW together. I know he will be his old self on the golf course sometime soon. What a thrill to see his 54 foot putt! Go Tiger! Cannot wait for the Masters. God bless you and your family.
maggie mae, thanks for summing up the Tiger experience. No one has ever brought this kind of attention to the game that Tiger has. All the haters know it but won’t admit it. Look at all the comments. More than all the others combined. Even the haters bring more interest to Tiger world. Thank all of you.
Go Tiger! There would be nothing better than to see Tiger win a few quickly and change the dynamics again. The Masters should be a real treat.
The difference between tiger and the rest is when he s hot he can play 4 solid rounds in a row. The other mortals on tour rarely can do it thats why he s won over 70 times and is a legend at 35 years old. He could retire today and be better than Palmer, Player, Trevino, Casper, Snead. The only one he hasnt caught yet is Mr Jack Nicklaus and it wont be long until he crushes him too. Go Get em Tigahhhh!!!!1
Winning at Bay Hill will definitely give Tiger a boost in confidence going to Agusta. But it will need more than what Tiger has at the moment in order to win the Green Jacket. There are many good guys out there who could at any point in time have it all dialed in and win the championship. Remember Angel Cabrera, Trevor Immelman, Mike Weir and Zach Johnson? Even a broken clock gets it right twice a day. In my opinion, Tiger should be able to bag at least 2 majors in this season. And it very much depends on his mental toughness, how he hold on to his game and make more putts.
c’mon Tiger..give us another 73 please
Unable to watch the past 2 days I go to PGA.com and see Tiger pic and Tiger headline…He hopes to take the lead…then I scan the leader board and see that 20 guys are -3 or better, he’s-3, leader is -9..and he hopes to take the lead. Yea, he hopes to win 4 majors this year. Get a life, you pinheads at PGA.com, you and all the Tiger fans have your heads so far up his anatomy you can’t be realistic. The man is not only a “bum” but he’s finished..he won’t get any closer to Jack’s records than where he is. He’s done..just like dinner.
O’D , what did you od on? Crawl back into your hole.
In 1986, at age 46, Jack Nicklaus was regarded as finished and washed up. He then went on to become the oldest person to ever win the masters and his 18th major. People with no talent can only use their time to put down those who have it. Tiger still has alot of years ahead of him so keep this in mind. -When the great scorer comes to write against you’re name, he doesn’t write whether you won or lost, but how you played the game.
Sorry harry , he could only give you a 74.
to all the die hard Tiger fans: where was your man? I suppose you are all saying now he is just getting ready for the Masters, where he will surprise us all. Keep on dreaming.
