  • mathew bernat

john daly will play very well and will by 3 strokes

  • Carl MacEachern

Rickey Fowler is over due and will win this week by two strokes.

  • Matt

Brian Gay over Brian Davis in playoff.

  • RC

He’s missed 2 cuts in a row. Now he’s hungry again. look out for Sneds to come from behind once more and take home the trophy.

  • Jim from Saskatchewan

I’m going with Bo Van Pelt. Has had at least
3 top tens here and has never missed a cut at
Colonial. Absolutely loves this course. If he’s
on his game, real good chance……..

  • Dan

Even though he had a bad Sat. and Sun. at the Players , I think Lucas will surprise a few folks this weekend. I think he will win bt 2 shots.

  • Gu

My Picks are: Chad Campbell, playing close to home and long overdue for a win, has shot 61 at Colonial in Competition!! Jeff Overton, definitely due for a win, and look what he did last year at colonial as well as the Nelson!! Finally Bo Van Pelt, pure ball striker that has always played well here!! My dark horse picks are John Rollins and Nathan Green….Really Really Pulling for Campbell to take the trophy home!!

  • JP

Someone will shoot 59 this week????

  • bman

Ben Curtis may be the surprise winner..Focus,and get rid of those bad holes..
    Ben we will play sometime.

  • paulie

    Day, Sabbatini,Van Pelt

  • Elizabeth

I like Anthony Kim this week, as long as he doesn’t party too much.

  • Nick

    Go Ryuji Go.

  • EddyL

Anyone but Jiga Boo Woods. Any tourney. Any day of the week.

  • Lee

    1. Jason Day
    2. Ben Crane
    3. Zach Johnson

    5. Hunter Mahan

  • Jim from Saskatchewan

Hey EddyL Why don’t you keep your racial garbage to yourself / jerk

  • USOpen@ChambersBay

    LUKE & BADDS!
    NOT
    a good week
    for the Bombers,
    precision & putting….

  • Don

Adam Scott. Good week and the Masters, and a little disappointment at the Players. He due another good week.

  • James

watch out for marc leichman..solid player..due for a win…slick rick is always there..and i like the reports pick in sergio this week…just gotta play 4 not 3 rounds of golf out there

  • David M

Can’t believe that none of the so-called ~experts~ have picked Jason Day, not even as a sleeper. He lives in Fort Worth, is a member at Colonial and is playing great golf.

  • Ricard

Marino, Dufner and Fowler are great picks…..Maybe itstime for a mistake free Mark Wilson to take charge !!!

  • Richard

Snedeker and Sabbatini are also interesting……Naah, “hangin’ with Wilson.

  • Ryan

    Sabbatini over Crane and Z.Johnson

  • Chris

    Zach is back :)

  • randy jansen

Jason Day-playing great-knows the course-sleeping in his own bed.

Sleeper is Kenny Perry. Not playing great lately but this is by far his fav. course on tour and a few years ago dominated this track for a few years. 50 year old at 128-1 is a nice play here.

  • blademan

lets go with Brendon deJonge. Should be a birdie battle all week.

  • Horacio Suarez

My pics are: Ángel Cabrera, Andrés Romero and Sergio García.

  • Al from Australia

Sabbatini, dark horse Immelman who has been playing better and better every week.

  • BLW

Jason Dufner. He is on his way.

  • Nick

    Sergio Garcia

  • Jason Hedges

    Snedeker all the way.

  • George L. Mamerow

Sean O’Hair. After five consecutive missed cuts, he finally seems to be headed back to his normal game. Father-in-law as his caddie once again, could revive performances of 2005-2009. Too good a ball-striker to not be in contention every week.

  • dcoochie

    Tommy Gainey
    Rickey Fowler
    JB Holmes

  • jeremy hansen

I just think Anthony Kim is du to make a splash this week…

    I don’t know why… just a strong impression

  • Dave-Ollie

Marino’s mob out in force at Colonial, rip it up Steve :-)

  • Paul Grubbs

Jason Day has got the game and demeanor to win consistently on the PGA tour. I followed him for a few holes during his rookie debut at Colonial as a sponsor’s exemption and he got a lot of mistakes out of the way! He won last year at The Nelson and it would be huge for him to win at
Ben Hogan’s place. Great player and a great young man. Play well JD!

  • lee e

it’s going to be Jasons Day …..

  • macpan

I am hoping for a Mike Weir comeback.

Or at least make the cut.

  • Karl Devlin

Can’t believe nobody has mentioned Stewart Cink.Great wind player(09 open champ)and out of 13 appearences here has never missed the cut,has a 2nd and 4th place finish here also.9th at Quail Hollow and 19th last week show his swing changes are coming to fruition.See more here http://kdevo1.blogspot.com

  • pat briscoe

look for Ryan Palmer to get the win playing in home area

Marc Leishman,is ready to win despite his 2 bad rounds last week at the PLAYERS…He will chew this course alive in birdies if he hits the fairway…big chance
