Congrats on not only getting back into the winners circle, but winning a pretty prestigious golf tournament – 2nd oldest on the PGA Tour and one that was once considered a quasi-Major. Jack Nicklaus always wanted to win this one and never could – now you have.

It’s a little easier to win and play well when things are going good. However, we can find the resolve of a person when things are tough. Way to persevere and keep battling. Congrats, Quail Hollow 09′
I’ve followed your career since you turned pro. You have had your ups and downs, but I never lost faith in you. Love you and wish you much success.
Congratulations! I am so happy for you. Your swing was as beautiful as ever and your putting was better than ever today. In your interview you said lots of people, including players, supported you. It’s so nice to hear. I saw you play at the same event last year, in Toronto, and felt you were a very special person. May more good will come your way. Thank you for the great experience of cheering on you.
We just would like to say congrats!!! We have no idea what it is like to not win for a while and begin doubting everything, and yet have such tremendous support to keep encouraging you to keep trying and you did it!! Thank you for your honest emotions and being real!!
Congrats Sean. Hope to see you in the winner’s circle some more!
Your old friends from Mirabella Circle and El Con C.C. are cheering! We continue to send our best wishes to you and yours while you celebrate this impressive win. Next: A MAJOR!
Well Sean, as a native Vancouverite, I have to admit there was one other player in the top 4 that I was rooting for more than you :) But it was great to watch you during the week – I was impressed not only with your golf, but also your character during the pro-am and practice rounds.
Congratulations on a well-deserved win!
Heartiest congratulations to you and your family on your gritty win at RBC Canadian Open.My wife and I watched you play on an extremely hard course. All the luck in future tournaments.
Nice to see a Pa. man in the winner’s circle!
Great job hanging in there for the win Sean! My wife and I rooted you home down the stretch, we’ve been following you since you moved to our Philly area and are so glad you’re back in the winner’s circle with all that goes with that. I’m glad I didn’t jinx you for too long after being given your locker at Lookaway last October. Keep it up – you’ve got your mojo back!
Congratulations Sean! Great to see you back in the winner’s circle!! 4 wins before turning 30 is incredible. Good luck the rest of the year especially at Bridgestone and the PGA!
I would just like to congratulate Sean O’Hair on his tremendous “comeback victory”…particularly so since he has just won me €10,000(~$14,000?)!! He may have been a 121-1 shot pre-tournament but proved himself (again) to be the man for the tough golf course; Sean could have enjoyed a more comfortable margin of victory had he holed just a fraction of the many makeable putts he gave himself on Thursday-Friday…but a ‘win is a win is a win’ & he is thoroughly deserving of his success; Well done O’Hair + thank you for giving me my biggest win ever!
Well deserved win – hovered up top all weekend.
Let this be a jump-start to your renewed career!!!
Hey Sean, awesome man. Been a fan since the 2005 Byron Nelson when watching from Hilton Head on a trip with some buddies. I got your autograph last year at St. George’s in Toronto on Wednesday at the pro am with my two sons. The previous groups caddy was putting in the pin on an elevated par 3 when you hit and scared the shit out of him. After your caddy told you what happened you re-loaded with an awesome hook thay made him crap him self!!
Wish you all the best and congrats on your 4th, winning our national championship!!
Tony Gerace, Innisfil, Ontario.
Way to go. Continued success!
congrats on the win. My freinds and I were pulling for you. You will win many more. Anyone can tell you are a great guy and also congratulations on the new baby!

Mark Godu, official of the Cleveland Tour & Cape Cod said to watch this “kid” O’Hair years ago. Think you stayed at his Inn in Marion. Asked me to give you a “holla” at The Wachovia in ’07. Did, and caught a stare…the a smile and a wave of recog. his name. He has me hooked and all my brothers (5) are in your camp. Four kids is a great number. Now go out there & get four more wins & a Major included!
NICE!!!
Congrat’s Sean! Proud to have a class act and talented pro win our national open! Keep it up and hope to see you “up north” again next year. Hard to do after the British…but, love to see you here. Good luck and keep it goin’.

Congrats Sean!!!!! At the 2009 quail hollow championship in charlotte that you won you gave me your ball in the 3rd round on 9 green
Congratulations Sean! I was fortunate enough to be at the RBC Canadian Open at Shaughnessy Golf Course on Saturday and Sundays play and was cheering for you as you came off the 9th green on Sunday. I was able to watch you play down 18 and the playoff of 18 against Kris Blanks on Sunday. Amazing play and comeback! A much deserved win.
On behalf of my fellow Canadians who were there, what a thoughtful speech you gave to those at Shaughnessy Golf Course, the fans in Canada and the conditions of the golf. Beyond being an inspiring golfer to the rest of us you showed real class in your kind words.
All the best to you & to many more wins!
